Producing High-Quality Olive Oils requires expertise in selecting and blending the oils that make up the final product, including a continuous feedback from the laboratory of analysis and the scientific institutions. Oleificio Salvadori has an independent chemistry laboratory (with Sinal accreditation) located right within its production plant. The laboratory provides real-time data as to the chemical, physical and organoleptic properties of the product in order to provide a constant higher-quality standard.
Thanks to these strict control procedures, the company has obtained several certifications including the ISO (1997), the BRC Global Standard (1999) and the IFS International Food Standard (2004) - both with the Higher Level placement, the Kosher OU Certification, and the USDA NOP for the Organic Oil.
