PALM OIL RSPO
CHARACTERISTICS
Palm oil is extracted from the fruit of the oil palms: it is produced according to environmental sustainability criteria approved by RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil), a no-profit association that promotes sustainable cultivation and the use of sustainable palm oil.
Salvadori is certified by the Italian controller ICEA, Environmental and Ethical Certification Institute.
RECOMMENDED USE
This oil is very suitable for frying, because it has very high resistance to high temperatures in cooking, up to 190 C°.
