It is a special sunflower oil, obtained from a variety of sunflower seeds that are termed“High Oleic”: The highest oleic acid content ensures optimal synthesis between the high-performance area and important nutritional aspects.
RECOMMENDED USE
Its unique composition makes it particularly suitable for cooking and frying. Compared to sunflower seed oil, the High Oleic variety is more stable at high temperatures.
