CRUDE OILS

Unrefined olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from Italian olives but not subjected to the filtration process; it preserves the value and the aromatic freshness of freshly pressed olives, whose sediments can naturally settle to the bottom of the bottle. It is richer in polyphenols and tocopherols, which have a potent antioxidant action also on our body.
