Tacos Avocado & Shrimp
Avocado and Shrimp Tacos. Wash and mince a bunch of coriander leaves, and divide into two parts. Grill the shrimp. Add half the minced coriander and mix well. Dice the avocado and dress with lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and place in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, prepare a sauce with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Prepare the tacos by warming them in a pan until they become crisp. Fill every taco with lettuce, avocado and shrimp. Dress with the sauce and minced coriander.
